Wine estate since 1861, the MAS Becky is a family estate located in the Var, in Vidauban, in a triangle Aix en Provence-Fréjus-Toulon, at the foot of the Massif des Maures, bordered by the Argens valley & the plain of Moors

With a surface area of 10 ha and in one piece. Mr. Christian Reculle & Mrs. Bernadette Maina acquired it in 2020 promoting an agriculture focused on the environment.

The MAS Becky is in organic conversion for the 3rd year, until 2023.

Voluntary as to the quality of the products, the grapes are harvested by hand, at good maturity, only in the morning, the vinification and bottling is done within the cellar itself.

This results in very high quality wines. two rosés (AOP and IGP), red AOP and white wine to come.

DISCOVER THE DOMAIN

Manual harvesting, more than a technical choice... Multiple reasons!

A first sorting is done. “On the bunches, there are grapes that are not formed.

We can directly remove this part of the cluster which is not good.

A second sorting will be carried out, in the cellar this time»...

You can share the plots, start where you want depending on the maturity of the grapes.

You can start a furrow, stop in the middle and move on to the next one.

It is a method that is much more efficient.

The quality of the wine is affected and this allows us to offer wine from a certain range”.
